Our consultants provide help our clients’ customers resolve their questions & needs, both efficiently & effectively in an inbound call center environment. Our consultants are bilingual, as our callers live in the US, and speak English, Spanish, or both.

This can include:

•Subscribing callers to the service or product they call in interested about.
•Helping them answer questions about their bill, or about the product/service they have.
•Technical support.
•Identifying customer needs (and sales opportunities), offering upgrades or related products the customer could find of value.
•Helping customers make payment arrangements, and bring their accounts up to date.

(We do not make outbound sales calls).
